In Good Company is an interview series that highlights people doing meaningful work—builders, thinkers, and operators across tech, culture, business, and beyond.

Each conversation follows the same eight questions, designed to get past the surface and into what actually matters: contrarian beliefs, pivotal decisions, the people who shaped them, and the problems they're quietly solving.

The goal isn't content for content's sake. It's about giving these stories a platform—and connecting you to people and ideas worth knowing.

In Good Connects is the home for In Good Company—and a play on JermConnects, my personal brand.

The name says it all: this is about connection. Connecting you to people worth knowing. Connecting stories to platforms. Connecting ideas to action. Good people. Good conversations. And the hope that what happens here leads to something even better.

The Host

Jeremy McKellar is the creator and host of In Good Company.

By day, he works as a tech professional specializing in tech adoption and innovation. By night, he builds JermConnects—a platform centered on clarity over noise, real conversations over performative content, and connecting people to opportunities.

In Good Company is an extension of that mission: serving as a bridge between the people doing interesting work and the people who need to hear about it.
